Product Application

Composite frame screens are mostly applied to the shale shakers with wedge fastening equipment. The composite frames adopt that high temperature resistance and wearproof and anti-knock polyester fiber. They are sturdy and reliable. Screens are constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to the composite support frame. Accessary rubber plugs can be used to repair rips or tears. By doing this, we can cut down time and reduce the production costs. We can supply composite frame screens with mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 320.

5.Wire cloth is divided into several independent small cloths to prevent excessive expansion of local damage.
